  1. There are all sorts of nasty pictures I could draw regarding this interview. It is simply an event that I shall not miss. Watching the Oxford intellect spar with a man who would wish her dead is more than I can wrap my brain around at this moment.

  2. I think that Rachel Maddow hosting David Bahati when she has not shown any interest in interviewing Ugandan LGBT activists or allies is insulting. Kapya Kaoma, Bishop Christopher Ssenyonjo and Frank Mugisha have been travelling to the U.S since the Bill was introduced. Don’t our voices matter? Common Rachel!

  3. I wonder why she would bother. He will use it in Uganda to demonstrate his influence here in the US. I have enough indignation on my own account, I don’t really need to see hers. Bahati is only meaningful here as a stand in for our own anti-gay industry. The only light he can throw off is reflected from what falls on him. I also wonder who paid for his ticket and hotel and expenses in DC. It’s not a cheap town.
