The health department did not investigate complaints from 1996 until 2010, according to the prosecutor in this case. It is speculation on my part, but I wonder if regulators were protecting him because he was willing to perform abortions, particularly ones that others would not perform. In addition to the prosecution of the physician and his staff, I hope the PA Health Dept is investigated. I think I will look into this tomorrow…

You’re absolutely right Warren, this is TERRIBLE! Ugh
well this PROVES it. all things related to abortion are murder and such “doctors” are one step away from taking the lives of living breathing organisms viable outside the womb. We must immediately repeal roe v. wade! how long before all the other abortion doctors cannot satisfy their lust for murder with fetuses and must “graduate” to babies and then onto adults??

Warren, I hope you find something. This case is so tragic – no, horrific. There is no way that this could go on so long in today’s world without “someone” turning away. Thanks for everything you do. Bill
