No, she is protesting. Stalking would be if she hired private investigators to follow people.

Well, truth be told, I’m a woman. We talked probably a month ago or so. No truck. But, aren’t you kind of the one stalking? I don’t blame them for keeping their eyes on a protester outside their church.

The neighbors LIKE that I’m there. They are THRILLED that I’m coming out to let all and sundry know about Mark Driscoll. TTC is a bad neighbor–“Real Men” on Wednesday nights is noisy and disturbs people who have to get up early on Thursday mornings. On Sunday morning, people park all over the neighborhood.

Oh, so you’re the guy who parked his truck on the sidewalk on Wednesday and we had a nice conversation? Good. You can see that I’m a nice person, albeit quite driven and single minded in my purpose. Did you know that after I stopped picketing and walked back to my vehicle, the sign-waving intern followed after me and stood on the church side of 86th St watching me talk to the neighbors? He pretended to be waving his “Honk if you love Jesus” sign, but it was obvious he was spying. Seriously, that’s stalkeriffic behavior and completely uncool. I don’t want to hear the neighbors got harassed just for talking to me.

Come up and introduce yourself on the sidewalk so I can yell at you. One of my close friends got COVID early (late February 2020) and she has heart problems as a result. COVID is NOT NOT NOT the flu. It’s worse, it can cause serious problems and even kill young people. As for me, I went to the trouble of getting the vaccine, because I have an elderly parent with multiple comorbidities and I’d like her not to be carried off by a disease that could be prevented if people like you would wear masks and get vaccinated. Oh, and btw, there was a COVID outbreak at Mark Driscoll’s Circus of ‘Where’s Jesus?’ last December, but people keep lying to me about it.

Also, do the world a favor and never go to Japan. Mask-wearing, which was common before COVID, is now pretty close to universal. When you have 125 million people stuffed in a country the size of California, of course people are going to wear masks. If/when I go back to Japan, I’ll be wearing masks, because I’m not a “MUH FREEDUMBS” American who doesn’t give a damn about spreading disease.
