Noone died in the Act 10 protest, and contemporary WI lawmakers of both parties made clear that they believed there was no malicious damage. The WI Legislature continue to operate for much of the time during the protest. Noone was arrested for carrying deadly weapons.

Re: the Clinton quote, you left out some very important context (i.e. the next clause in her statement):

“because I think this is going to drag out, and eventually I do believe he will win if we don’t give an inch,”

Did Clinton file any lawsuits claiming the election was rigged? Did Clinton repeatedly lie about fraudulent votes? Did Clinton lie and to stir up an insurrection where 6 people died?

What past politicians have done is nothing compared to what Trump has done. Trying to equate Clinton’s ire at losing and feeling cheated to Trump’s deliberate attempts to subvert the will of the people (the majority of whom also voted for Clinton to win in 2016) is dishonest at best.

Also Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, John Lewis, etc., claimed that Trump was an illegitimate president because he stole the election – you can do the research for their statements.

Add to that Hilary Clinton & company’s attempt to influence the 2016 election with the fake Steele dossier and millions of dollars spent, FBI involvement and Mueller’s report that debunked it. Bought & paid for by Clinton’s campaign and the DNC in an attempt to influence the 2016 election and still spews that.

Don’t forget Pelosi praising the unionists who stormed the Wisconsin Capitol in 2011 and calling it an “impressive show of democracy in action.”

For the record, I do not agree with what Trump did. It was wrong and shouldn’t have been done. I’m not a fan nor follower of Metaxas. What I am saying is that I think we need to be fair and recognize that others need to be called out as well. It doesn’t make what Trump did right – let’s just be fair and honest.

I’ve noticed many quote things from that book but are certain it is from scripture. It truly is the 67th book as you say for so many. Anyone remember barcodes as the mark? Emotional manipulation to sociopathic extremes, thy name is preacher.

The courts have sorted it out. Trump and Co presented no credible evidence, and the courts ‘sorted’ the issue on that very sound basis. Furthermore, several leading Republicans have publically made clear that the election results reliably reflect the Will of the People.

Clinton’s claims related to what many might regard as ‘political dirty tricks’, rather than fraudulent election practices and processes. And I think it is the view of many Americans that Comey’s ‘timely’ announcement on the business of the email server probably swung the election Trump’s way. Let us not forget that Trump’s margins of victory were very small in those key swing states.

If it is the case that one of the main parties is generally disadvantaged by ‘electoral processes and practices’, then it is almost certainly the Democratic Party.
