In the “pleasant surprise of the day” category, Christianity Today has come out with an editorial saying that Trump should be removed from office:

I wonder how the court evangelicals will respond, especially Franklin Graham (whose father, mentioned in the Editorial, helped found CT). But it certainly renders void any argument that the only Christians who think Trump is unfit for office are those demonized “progressives”.

Of course CT is the Evangelical “establishment” — one wonders if its voice will be as ineffective with the masses as the criticism of Trump from the Republican “establishment” was in 2015/2016.

Yes, I do see what you mean. We really must stop being so sceptical – how incredibly naughty of us not to believe and rejoice. Obviously most GOP lawmakers must have missed all those “fake foreign dossiers” since they have haven’t quite gotten around even to mentioning them. Maybe they too need to listen more carefully? 😉
