The real issue isn’t what Trump will/won’t do, but what will it take to get Congress to do their job and check him. And sadly it looks like he will have to do a LOT of damage before they do anything.

Whether or not he’s actually on their roll… they did learn from watching him, what a useful idiot he could be. (And I’m not a commie/red-phobe; I really wish we could have better relations with Russia, but not like this… a relationship where some mutual, adult-like accountability and bettering of each other was part of it… that’s not what is happening now.) Rather two extreme narcissists have “bonded” but the one is devilishly smart/savvy, the other is a petty, groveling sycophant… Ironic how trump’s relationship to Putin mirrors what he (trump) expects from others around him close to home.
