This is why I stopped attending the Extraordinary Women Conferences run by Tim Clinton's wife Julie. I volunteered as a prayer counselor. When Nancy Leigh DeMoss got up to speak it was noon and many women simply got up to go "shopping for books." They totally disrespected Nancy.

EW had planned an alter call after her talk, but did nothing to help facilitate that. Why they did not ask the women to wait until Nancy was finished I will never understand. It was absurd to plan an alter call and then release the women right as woman speaking was one who would be giving the alter call.

We were told to be upfront & ready to pray with anyone who came forward. There were some women who did & for that I praise how mighitly the Holy Spirit spoke through Nancy & moved on those women's hearts.

I won't ever attend another EW event because they care more about selling products than hearing what the speakers are sharing & alter calls & showing respect. I did mention this to a leader later that afternoon as did another frustrated prayer counselor. I continue to pray Adonai breaks down those strongholds.

Thank you for bringing all this to light. Prayer moves the Hand of God that moves the world. The battle belongs to Him.

You can be forgiven, considering how many times you would be right without even looking.
