His biography states that he found himself at the edge of death many times as a child at the hands of his mother. It further states that a high school teacher shared Jesus with him and all was fine after that. Sorry, such abuse as a child greatly affects the person as an adult and I think Lambert’s holier than thou personality characteristics reflect that. He believes the Bible is all you need further serves as an excuse as to why he doesn’t have to deal with the abuse through traditional psychological methodology. Just bury it, pray, read the Bible, and will be fine. Hope it works out for him.
