It may be that the reported action against Kisitu is part of the crackdown (announced last year) on NGOs that ‘promote homosexuality’. Then again, it may be that people who fancy the idea of getting their hands on the donations coming in are simply trying to discredit Kisitu. Couldn’t say right now.

Pastor Kisitu Robert runs an orphanage in Uganda. More information on orphanage may be obtained here. He was arrested under the “Kill the Gays” bill. Since his arrest, donations for the orphanage have dropped. Two days last week, the children were not able to get food.
The cost to feed a child is $2 per day. They have taken in 315 children, which adds up to $630 per day for food alone. Please pray about what you would be able to give to help.

Gay networks exist – or, at least, a lot of people are willing to speak about gay networking (as long as they don’t feel it may lead to negative reactions, in which case everything is denied again).Only, gay networks don’t always lobby for gay rights, but for more peculiar interests; so the term “gay lobby” can be misunderstood.
