I wonder if Miss Kadaga is realizing that her ‘promise’ to make laws (something which is not her prerogative alone) was somewhat foolish, and she’s taking advantage of Tuesday’s chaos to ‘excuse’ herself from her ever-more-possible ‘failure to deliver’?
