(Maybe ‘Maazi’ feels that Bahati has gone ‘off script’, and is annoyed with him? And I have this image of ‘Maazi’ as a caged bird squawking ‘gay propaganda, gay propaganda, gay propaganda’!)

‘ It was in the United States, Mr. Bahati contended, that he first became close with a group of influential social conservatives, including politicians, known as The Fellowship, which would later become a base of inspiration and technical support for the anti-homosexuality bill.

‘ Mr. Bahati said the idea for the bill first sprang from a conversation with members of The Fellowship in 2008, because it was “too late” in America to propose such legislation. Now, he said, he feels abandoned.

‘ “In Africa we value friendship,” Mr. Bahati said. “But the West is different.” ‘

Of course, by ‘friendship’, Bahati means ‘keep supporting me, even when I’m being evil’. As for his ‘reputation’, Bahati himself was the prime ‘shedder’ – he was greedy and stupid, and is now paying the price.

If the Bill falls, we will be pleased for those whom the Bill is designed to persecute, and for Uganda generally. If it goes through, the fact of its passage will be used to provide fresh impetus to the campaign against homophobia and for human rights.

The effects of the Bill will be – indeed are being – felt primarily by you.

So you say I’m lying. Prove it! (I’ve always provided evidence when I’ve said that you’ve been ‘economical with the truth’. But I know that ‘providing evidence’ is not YOUR strong point!)

What is there to prove?? It is obvious to sane people that the Bahati Bill has nothing to do with your imaginary White supremacists. The Bahati Bill is a “made-in-Uganda” product and now the indestructible property of a proud parliament.

I have heard of this “Reverend” Kapya Kaoma. He is a Zambian clergyman affiliated to the pro-gay liberal political party known as ECUSA (Ecumenical Church of USA). The man is merely contributing the usual token “African Face” to gay propganda churned out by Western hedonists. Nobody takes what he says seriously in the African Continent.

It is of course in the interests of ‘white supremacists’ to promote violence, hatred and division among Africans – classic ‘divide and rule/exploit’ tactics

This is gay propaganda at its worst. While you are at it, why not accuse Josef Stalin of rising from the dead to personally instruct David Bahati on how to write the anti-gay bill

(You should also remember that asking for fair treatment of people regardless of their sexuality cannot be described as ‘promoting gay propaganda’. It is simply ‘asking for fair treatment’.)
