The most charitable thing one can say about Barton here is that some atheists also occasionally exaggerate Jefferson&#039;s positions to suit themselves, and that Barton is, therefore, not MUCH worse. (But Barton is probably a little worse than the atheists, at least in the sense that Jefferson probably would&#039;ve preferred to be mistaken for an atheist than mistaken for a believer in the literal physical Resurrection.)]]></description>
