Amongst the biggest and most dangerous liars of them all is Anglican Archbishop Henry Orombi who, aside from being MP David Bahati´s ¨spiritual advisor,¨ also spouts the above LIE! This is the same Orombi who is poaching on Episcopal Church Parishes in California and Georgia (and Canada), a buddy of the Washington D.C. ¨C¨ Streeters and is currently appealing state Supreme Court decisions in both U.S. States to get out of the properties he thinks he has a right to own! Grandstanders, opportunists, bigots and thieves apparently see nothing unwholesome when they LIE!

the term “un-African” suggests the existence of a dominant culture in Africa, but every single one of Africa’s diverse cultures and sub-cultures is a minority when placed on the grand African stage of diversity.

some people seem to be selective when identifying minorities just as they are selective when identifying scriptures, in order to justify their homophobia.

so, the suggestion is… homosexuality is “un-African” because sexual *minorities* (duh!) are not part of the fabled dominant culture in Africa… and therefore lgbt Africans should be persecuted because they pose some kind of threat to the heavily romanticized sexuality of the imaginary dominant culture in Africa, just by being sexual minorities.

i’m glad that mr. mogae and others acknowledged the dishonesty in claims that homosexuality is unAfrican.

hopefully bahati’s “bleeding heart” will eventually lead to a change of heart.
