The trip was paid for by the UG Government, I understand.

Perhaps it was a ‘set up’? There are rumours, reported in the UG press in November, that B. has been ‘plotting’ against M7. Maybe the idea was to make B. look stupid. If so, it worked, in my view.

And why should any sensible person (Ugandan or otherwise) ‘tolerate’ someone who advocates murder?
