					<description><![CDATA[It seems to me that what happened is exactly the way Engle said it would happen.  Engle, personally as the representative of TheCall International, did not endorse the bill.   But each TheCall event is a mix of Engle and local imput.  The local imput praised Bahati and his bill.  The hairs were split quite finely.  When Engle was finished speaking he was off the stage, in a car, and off to the airport.  And whatever happened next was a local matter.]]></description>
