When it comes to healthcare reform, as much as it is needed, I think we are going to have to wait until things get worse for everyone - until everyone starts to hurt a great deal from rising healthcare costs. People seem to want reform but no one wants to compromise - no one wants to lose what they have - no one wants to make a sacrifice for the future of healthcare. Things are bad in health care and they continue to get worse, but maybe its not worth making an effort to change until we absolutely HAVE to?

I think that this is a precursor of November. Especially if the Dems push this through without seating Brown. There will be heck to pay at the poles. The dems need to realize that the majority of Americans are not behind a governmental takeover of the health care system or the major deficits they are creating.

They need to come back mid center and quit catering to the extremists in their party and hopefully one day the Republicans will do the same.
