There was another in the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC), Kizza Besigye, who is gaining ground as National Resistance Movement’s Yoweri Museveni slips, according to a snap poll conducted by The Red Pepper, Editorial Department.  If you want to believe anything the Red Pepper writes....
