They will dismiss Berg’s as well. Frivolous lawsuits are a waste of their time and that is all this b/c hullaboo is. Not a single point of merit. Berg is doing this for attention. He knows damn well or should know that he has no standing to bring this case.
He might even end up getting fined over it. The justices don’t think wasting their time is at all funny.
