I hope this link works. Still plugging away at those computer skills. There are several interesting–sometimes amusing–articles over there. (I went in following a story on Sarah Palin’s accent.) The link below is to a story called “Diagramming Sarah Palin” and it says better than I could the big problem I’m having with her.
As I read her responses to Katie, I found that my head was involuntarily going in circles as I tried to grasp what point she was trying to make…or to avoid making. I think this link explains it. I was big into diagramming sentences in my school years and Sarah’s rambling style defies diagramming logic.

Palin doesn’t have any more real knowledge than those posters on the OneNewsNow.com site concerning Boltz coming out. It’s not surprising that ignorance on some issues should transcend one’s political status within the more conservative [republican] party in this country.

Palin’s part. Referencing these comments from Palin:

“I am pro-life. And I’m unapologetic in my position that I am pro-life. …. Now, I would counsel to choose life. I would also like to see a culture of life in this country.
I would counsel the person to choose life, despite horrific, horrific circumstances that this person would find themselves in.
Well, I am all for contraception. And I am all for preventative measures that are legal and save, and should be taken….

That, by my former Catholic faith, would not be sponsoring a “culture of life.” And thus I find that her statements concerning contraception will sour the smile she had previously put on the faces of many a fervent Christian traditionalist.
