					<description><![CDATA[I know this is a bit late, but I live in San Francisco, and I can comment a bit on what that law means.  Here it means that if there is inevitable, and unavoidable nudity &lt;strong&gt;and&lt;/strong&gt; the facility cannot easily correct the problem, they have to provide equal accomodations for transgender people.  Otherwise, they have to insure that their is sufficient privacy that there is not a problem.]]></description>
