I had to laugh when I read "Happy Holyday" because I've started to answer when people wish me a "Happy Holiday": "A Holy Christ's Mass to you AND a Happy New Year of Our Lord 2006". An alternative I use is: "I celebrate Christmas, how about you?" So far I've gotten only smiles and agreement.

Hey, that was a good one! at least someone explained the term "Holiday" in public. The winter celebrations are as ancient as the pagan Yule and the birth of the god Mitras, and the all Christians did was to adapt holidays into the New religion. All those who acusse liberals of been the Grinch should read history and -like everyone else- celebrate whatever they feel like. I think that while we respect aand love each other, God is ok with it.
