It explicitly groups the homosexually inclined (assuming, again, that your translation is correct) together with those who “have renounced marriage because of the kingdom of heaven” as people who should not accept marriage to a woman. If he is not condemning those who do not marry because of the kingdom of heaven, then he is also not condemning those who eschew marriage because they are homosexually inclined. In fact, by this construction he seems to consider both categories almost as a third sex.
