  1. Keeping in mind, that he does not represent the majority of conservative christians when and where it comes to homosexuality.

  2. hanging on beach… homosexual Nazis… I just can’t figure out how to spend my life.

Well, let’s see… beach pays nothing, gets no respect, involves no travel and no television interviews. Ranting about fictional homosexual Nazis loses me credibility and my soul, but it pays well.

    Hmmmm

  3. Despite me being a pacifist, wouldn’t an army want exceptionally brutal and savage soldiers?? After all, that seems to be the point of war.

  4. Question — Supporters of this bill claim that they are intelligent enough to make their own decisions about homosexuality without American meddling.

If so, couldn’t they have come up with better “experts” on the subject than Schmierer, Brundrige and Lively? Just saying…

  5. “It’s not easy to be a person who tells the truth… I wish I had gotten another assignment.” — Scott Lively

“The only thing that ever consoles man for the stupid things he does is the praise he always gives himself for doing them.” — Oscar Wilde

    To Mike et al,

There are various groups in Uganda using different strategies, but in the end all of us favour beating back gayism without an inch of compromise. There are Ugandan evangelicals who feel that it is good to involve foreign allies and there are other Ugandans who feel that all foreigners—pro-gay or anti-gay—should not be involved in the internal affairs of our country. I dont know if your american compatriots on the opposite side of your Culture Wars are experts on gayism and I do not care. Uganda did not need them (Rick Warren, Scott Lively et al) when it defied the Euro-American gay lobby and permanently banned “same-sex marriage” in the constitution back in 2005 and we certainly do not need them now. Uganda is past debate on the issue of criminalizing gayism. What is up for debate is appropriate penalties and the scope of the anti-gay penal code.

  7. I wish I found this clip funny. But fools like this have done too much damage.

Loved Scott’s expression when the interviewer asked, “So that which you hate the most you secretly are…?”
