House leaning toward passage of bailout/tax plan/mental health parity

Looks like the Senate made it safe for some Monday no voters to come out yes today. Who knows what will be in it by the time it is passed.
I was sitting in the waiting area of my orthopedic surgeon office (have a frozen right shoulder) and heard on CNN that the mental health parity bill was likely to be past. I immediately thought of your blogging on the issue.
Yes, this is a bright spot in the situation for me. I have working toward this since the late 90s.
