Rehnquist dies

An era has passed. Rehnquist’s death will focus even more attention to the Roberts nomination. As if the President did not have enough on his plate. Susan (the voice) Estrich said on Fox that she thinks Bush will nominate a moderate since he has been weakened by Katrina. I doubt it.
